Somewhere between JLo’s album drops and life plot twists, I lost the habit of blogging — but not the urge to tell stories. So here we are, in the sequel. This is Leah…now.
My old blog, Life With Leah, followed me through a decade of change. But since October 2021 — a time when I was celebrating the one-year anniversary of my podcast Weddings Unveiled — so much has shifted. The show was put on hiatus a month later. My life, my work, my entire sense of self? All of it has evolved.
Since that last post in 2021, I feel like I’ve lived a few lifetimes. Some chapters were quiet. Some were traumatizing. Others? Loud, messy, and absolutely necessary. There were endings I chose — and some that blindsided me. There were beginnings I never saw coming, and moments that cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect.
Through it all, I’ve learned more about resilience, about rest, and about who I am when I’m not trying to be everything to everyone.
I discovered that protecting my energy isn’t selfish — it’s survival.
I used to chase busy like it was a badge of honor. Success looked like back-to-back meetings, packed schedules, and always saying “yes.” I loved the hustle — until I didn’t.
Now? I honor rest, boundaries, and choosing what feels right — not just what looks good online.
It’s been a shift — sometimes uncomfortable, often overdue — but I’m learning to build a life that’s sustainable, not just impressive.
I’m building a space where I can create without the pressure to perform — a place to share my work, reflect on what matters most, and connect by sharing what I’ve learned (and unlearned) along the way.
This site is more than a blog — it’s a home for the many parts of me: the producer, the writer, the speaker, the storyteller. It’s where you’ll find my latest projects, behind-the-scenes glimpses, favorite places and discoveries, and the occasional unfiltered thought or reflection.
Some posts will be personal. Some professional. Some will make you laugh, others might make you think. It won’t be perfect, but it will be real.
I’m not exactly starting from scratch, but it does feel like a new beginning — one that’s been a long time coming. Whether you’ve followed me since the early Life With Leah days or just found your way here, I’m really glad you’re part of this new chapter.
I don’t know how often I’ll post or exactly where this will go. But I’m showing up as I am — with less perfection, more presence, and a lot more perspective.
This is Leah…now. Thanks for being here.

I’d love to hear from you!
